Rules and Restrictions:

*Exceptions: All Natura Mattresses and the Eco Repose 10-inch Memory Foam Mattress are excluded from the 90-day gaurantee. Custom-Order Mattresses are also excluded from the 90-night guarantee.

You must sleep on our bed for a 30 day trial period and return the bed within 90 days of the date of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges.

Onlly the Mattress is covered by this guarantee. Any pillow, protector base, adjustable, riser or foundation is covered by our standrd Returns and Exchange Policy.

Mattress must be returned in new condition free of any wear, dirt or stains. Mattress must be shipped back wrapped in plastic and cardboard for protection during shipment.
